Shipping Information
Delivery dates displayed are estimates provided by Etsy for each listing. Dates displayed may change based on whether you are logged in or not, or based on updates to the shipping address information input during checkout.
I'm unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates as I have no control over the postal system or delays once your item has left my hands.
Please make sure that your address has been entered correctly during checkout to avoid any potential delays.
Delivery times will be longer during adverse weather conditions and in the weeks leading up to busy holiday periods. Please reference the holiday deadline schedule shown in the shop announcements.
Please keep these things in mind when placing time sensitive orders.
My mug arrived broken! Help!
First of all, I'm sorry to hear about this! Sometimes USPS likes to get a little excited about packages. Please message me ASAP so that I can get another one in the mail for you right away! Full instructions to start this process are included on the yellow insert card included with your package.
Be sure to include a photo of the broken mug along with the packaging materials displaying the shipping label and fragile sticker so that I can file an insurance claim with USPS. Photos are required for insurance purposes.
Notifications over 7 days past the date of delivery may be denied.
Care instructions
These mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. We use a heat-press process that permanently fuses the ink into the mug. This means the mug will not fade, peel, or crack like vinyl.
Cosmetic bags are machine wash with cold water only.
I accidentally input the wrong address! Or, package could not be delivered.
If your order has not yet shipped, please let me know ASAP so I can make the adjustment on your order.
If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, once your package leaves my hands I am unable to do anything to correct the address. If you have a forwarding address setup with your local post office your package should forward to your new address, but this is outside of my control.
*I am unable to refund or resend any packages that have been sent to the wrong address or are unable to be delivered. Please review your shipping details before submitting your order to avoid any delays or issues. If your package does make its way back to me, I will provide a refund minus shipping costs.*
Where is my package?
As I'm sure you're aware, USPS can be very inconsistent with scanning. Unfortunately, once your package leaves my hands, we are working from the same information. I can't provide any more insight about the package's status other than what what you see directly on your Etsy purchases page.
I've seen many packages never actually be scanned during transit, some scanned randomly after 14 days of sitting still, and others scanned only once they are delivered.
I have been advised to wait a couple of weeks (Yikes! I know! 😝) to allow packages a chance to move or show up on your doorstep. I REALLY appreciate your patience with this.
My tracking number does not display on USPS - I am getting an error! Help!
Don't worry - the tracking still works! If you are having issues with your tracking number on the USPS website, check your Etsy purchases page. You can review tracking details and history directly from the Etsy website.
These particular tracking numbers are considered "reference" numbers with USPS and don't register on their website. For some reason, Etsy still links them which can be super confusing, I know, but they haven't responded to my repeated requests to change this, so here we are. Maybe a nudge from you as a customer will help them to address this confusion. I promise - your package is on it's way.
My package is marked as delivered, but I don't have it! Help!
Another common occurrence with packages has been for USPS to mark a package as delivered before they have actually dropped it off. I've seen some packages take as many as 7 days to be delivered following their "delivery" scan, so your patience with this is greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, there isn’t much I can do on my end other than offer a few ideas for tracking it down. You could speak directly with your mail carrier to see what's up, or check with neighbors or another person in your household who may have received the package. If you don't have it within 7 days of the delivery scan, give me a head's up.

Listed dates factor in the time required to process and ship your order. Orders placed after these dates cannot be rush processed and may arrive after December 25th. Listed dates do not factor in delays due to weather or postal stalls.
