I honestly struggle with this phrase - I feel like it's intentions are good, but it's implementation can mean ignoring bad vibes, which is definitely problematic. It implies pushing uncomfortable things to the side and only focusing on positivity, and well... toxic positivity isn't helpful for anyone.


So, when I say Good Vibes Only - it comes with some strings attached.


Having good vibes can have a major impact on your life, helping you to feel more positive and attract positive experiences. Here are a couple of ways I believe you should practice "Good Vibes Only":

Surround yourself with positive people.

Positive people will uplift you and help you to maintain a good attitude. Keep people who have a positive outlook on life and who encourage you to be your best self close. You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. Are your 5 people positive?

Trust me - I'm really good at worrying about what is going to happen in the future. I can think myself into a million circles, but it never does me any good.
