Processing Information
Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days of purchase. This processing time has been added to the shipping options available so that the anticipated delivery dates are accurate.

Shipping Information
Free Standard Shipping is provided for US orders over $50. The time for order processing is typically 2-5 business days, plus shipping time in transit, which varies depending on your location. Rush shipping details are included below.

Delivery dates are estimated for each listing. Dates displayed may change based on whether you are logged in or not, or based on updates to the shipping address information input during checkout.

I'm unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates as I have no control over the postal system or delays once your item has left my hands.

Please make sure that your address has been entered correctly during checkout to avoid any potential delays.

Delivery times will be longer during adverse weather conditions and in the weeks leading up to busy holiday periods.

Please keep these things in mind when placing time sensitive orders.

Estimated delivery dates shown for Rush may not properly reflect the decreased processing time. For a more accurate estimate, please message me.

I'm unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates as I have no control over the postal system or delays once your item has left my hands, but will get your items out the door as quickly as I can!

Please note: To avoid confusion, I will disable rush shipping options if I am unable to process accordingly. Please refer to my shop announcements on my homepage.

Return Policy
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. You must contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

I cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What if my mug arrives broken?
Please message me ASAP so that I can get another one in the mail for you right away. Photos are required for insurance purposes. Notifications over 7 days past the date of delivery may be denied.

Care instructions
Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. We use a heat-press process that permanently fuses the ink into the mug. This means the mug will not fade, peel, or crack like vinyl.

Tote bags, cosmetic bags, pillow cases, and aprons are machine wash with cold water only.

Custom and personalized orders
Custom and personalized orders are definitely an option - just send me a message and we can get to work! :)

Processing on these orders is usually 2 days as I will send proofs for your approval. Please bear in mind that there are no refunds or returns on custom orders.

Gift wrapping and packaging
I do not offer gift wrapping at this time, but I will get the site updated when I am able to.

I accidentally input the wrong address! Or, package could not be delivered. 
If your order has not yet shipped, please let me know ASAP so I can make the adjustment on your order.

If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, once your package leaves my hands I am unable to do anything to correct the address. If you have a forwarding address setup with your local post office your package should forward to your new address, but this is outside of my control.

*I am unable to refund or resend any packages that have been sent to the wrong address or are unable to be delivered. Please review your shipping details before submitting your order to avoid any delays or issues. If your package does make its way back to me, I will provide a refund minus shipping costs.*

My package says it was delivered, but I don't have it. Can you help?
Unfortunately, there isn’t much I can do on my end other than offer a few ideas for tracking it down.

It is best to reach out directly to your local post office with the tracking number- they log the GPS details of where it was delivered so they can help better than I can. They can also speak directly with your carrier to help locate it.

I would also suggest checking with a neighbor where it may have accidentally been delivered, or with other family members who may have received it in your house. In my experience, packages surface within a day or two.

Ultimately, it is the post office's responsibility to locate your package. If they are unable to help you locate it, you will have to file a lost mail claim with them directly.
