Our standard processing time is 2-4 business days. We’re always working to get your order out ASAP! Any changes or potential delays will be clearly updated on our homepage, so be sure to check there if you’re in a hurry. During the holiday season, processing may take an additional 1-2 days depending on your order size.

Rush Processing bumps your order to the front of the line to get your order on its way in 1 business day. This does not reduce time in transit. If you need your item more quickly, we recommend upgrading your shipping carrier selection as well.
Estimated delivery dates shown for rush processing may not properly reflect the decreased processing time. For a more accurate estimate of your estimated delivery date, please contact us.
Please note: To avoid confusion, I will disable rush processing options if I am unable to process accordingly. Please refer to my shop announcements on my homepage.

While we do our best to keep things speedy, please note that shipping may be delayed during holiday periods or due to adverse weather conditions. I'm unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates as I have no control over the postal system or delays once your item has left my hands, but will get your items out the door as quickly as I can! We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to safeguard your order against loss, damage, or theft during transit.
In the event of such an incident, you are required to contact us at hello@shemugs.com to initiate an investigation. To process your claim efficiently, we may request additional details about your package.
Important Notice: Filing an insurance claim directly with the shipping carrier will void any claim under SheMugs LLC's Shipping Protection policy.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. You must contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery. Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds will be issued less shipping charges once items have been received and verified.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven't received it, it is best to reach out directly to your local post office with the tracking number- they log the GPS details of where it was delivered so they can help better than I can. They can also speak directly with your carrier to help locate it.
I would also suggest checking with a neighbor where it may have accidentally been delivered, or with other family members who may have received it in your house. In my experience, packages surface within a day or two.
Ultimately, it is the post office's responsibility to locate your package. If they are unable to help you locate it, you will have to file a lost mail claim with them directly. If you have purchased Shipping Protection, you are required to contact us at hello@shemugs.com to initiate an investigation.
For packages that are lost in transit (not marked as delivered), we'll happily send a replacement at no cost. Refunds are not offered for lost packages.

Some products may ship separately due to packaging requirements. You will receive a separate shipping email and tracking number for each package.

Please message me ASAP so that I can get another one in the mail for you right away. Photos are required for insurance purposes. Notifications over 7 days past the date of delivery may be denied.

Custom and personalized orders are definitely an option - just send me a message and we can get to work! :)
Processing on these orders may be longer as I will send proofs for your approval. Please bear in mind that there are no refunds or returns on custom orders.

If your order has not yet shipped, please let me know ASAP so I can make the adjustment on your order.
If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, once your package leaves my hands I am unable to do anything to correct the address. If you have a forwarding address setup with your local post office your package should forward to your new address, but this is outside of my control.
*I am unable to refund or resend any packages that have been sent to the wrong address or are unable to be delivered. Please review your shipping details before submitting your order to avoid any delays or issues.*

If a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping fees to have the package resent. If you refuse to pay for reshipping, a 50% restocking fee will be applied and shipping fees remain non-refundable.

Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. We use a heat-press process that permanently fuses the ink into the mug. This means the mug will not fade, peel, or crack like vinyl.
Linen Products
Linen Products
Tote bags, cosmetic bags, pillow cases, and aprons are machine wash with cold water only.
Shirts
Shirts
Machine washable in cold water, inside out on gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
Tumble dry low or hang dry for longest life.
Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
Do not dry clean.
