  1. Introduction: The SheMugs Sweepstake, referred to as 'Promotion', is organized by SheMugs, located at South Miami, Florida, United States, 33143, SheMugs, 5794 SW 40 St #727, SheMugs, hello@shemugs.com, referred to as 'Company'.
  2. Promotion Period: The Promotion ends at 23 Oct 2025 11:59PM (UTC -04:00).
  3. Eligibility: Participation is open to individuals who sign up for the Promotion, are aged 18 and older, and agree to receive newsletters and emails related to the Promotion. Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from the Promotion.
  4. Participation: Participants have a chance to win one $100 Gift Card to SheMugs.
  5. Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected in an impartial and random manner by a computer system and will be notified by e-mail within four weeks after the campaign has ended. There will be no other correspondence about the result.
  6. Conduct and Behavior: Participants and recipients of prizes agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
  7. Acceptance of Terms: Participation implies agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.
  8. Modification of Terms: The Company reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.
  9. Prize Conditions: Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes, and actual versions may differ. Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.
  10. Costs and Purchases: For participation, no additional communication costs will be charged, and payment or purchase is required.
  11. Taxes: If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.
  12. Exclusion and Termination: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision. The Company can prematurely terminate, interrupt or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.
  13. Complaints and Inquiries: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or Terms and Conditions should be sent to hello@shemugs.com. The Company endeavors to respond within 10 working days.
  14. Fraud and Abuse: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud, or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without the obligation of giving any reason.
  15. Personal Data: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if this is necessary for the provision or the delivery of prizes or rewards.
  16. Severability: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
